Approximately 71% of physicians and nurses have linked incivility/bullying to medical errors, and 27% of physicians and nurses said disrespect/bullying led to a patient’s death. In this episode, Thomas (Tom) Dahlborg and I will go into more detail about yet another break in or healthcare system.
