Sessions are about 30 - 40 minutes in length and are intended to lower your stress level. I have numerous, highly effective techniques to help you. You will also take away methods to use on your own.

How To Get Your Session
There are two easy steps to schedule and prepare for your session.
- Schedule your session by using this link. All sessions are held remotely via a Zoom Meeting or SKYPE. Be sure to specify your preference when you schedule.
- Complete the session request form below at least 24 hours before your session.
