Your Path to Real Healing Starts Here
If you’re living with chronic illness, ongoing symptoms, or a diagnosis that isn’t improving, you already know how disruptive it can be—physically, emotionally, and mentally. You may have followed medical advice, tried different treatments, and still feel like something is missing.
My Experience With Chronic Illness and Recovery
My healing journey spanned over a decade. For the first 7 years, I was fully committed to Western medicine—seeking answers, following protocols, and doing everything I was told.
Despite that, I did not experience full healing.
That experience led me to look beyond conventional approaches. Over time, I began to understand that chronic symptoms are often driven by more than physical factors alone, including stress, subconscious patterns, and unresolved internal responses. By addressing those deeper layers alongside the physical body, I was able to fully recover.
I have now been fully recovered for over 25 years—and I guide others through that same process.
A Root-Cause Approach to Healing
My work focuses on helping you identify and address the underlying drivers of chronic symptoms, including ongoing stress and nervous system dysregulation, subconscious beliefs and patterns affecting the body, and emotional and physiological responses that keep symptoms active. This work is not about replacing medical care. It’s about addressing what is often missing from it.
How I Work With You
You receive clear, personalized guidance tailored to your symptoms, history, and capacity. You learn to understand what your body is communicating and how to respond effectively. Together, we identify hidden barriers that may be contributing to ongoing symptoms. You are guided through a structured, step-by-step process designed to help you move forward without overwhelm.
The Role of Stress in Chronic Illness
Chronic stress plays a significant role in many ongoing health conditions. Prolonged stress can disrupt the nervous system, weaken immune function, and contribute to persistent physical symptoms. Most people are never shown how to identify or resolve this at the root level.
What’s Possible
Even if you’ve been told your condition is something you’ll have to manage, there may be more going on beneath the surface. By addressing both the physical and non-physical drivers of illness, it’s possible to reduce or resolve persistent symptoms, regain a sense of control over your health, and build a more stable, resilient foundation moving forward.
