Please provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Forty-eight hours is preferred so that others may schedule.

REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded except in cases of emergencies.

Missed appointments are not entitled to a refund.

Discounted package rates are not refundable. If you discontinue your sessions, you may gift the remaining sessions to another individual.

Any refunds that are issued because of special circumstances will be subject to the processing fee of the merchant services. Processing fees are not refundable.
